Private and Group Lessons for Kids
We are currently offering group piano and violin lessons for kids as well as private lessons on all instruments at our main Morningside Music Studio location in Arlington above the Regent Theater and our new Annex in the Food Link Building.
April Vacation Week:
Sing the music of
Taylor Swift!
Come join us in this fun, Interactive, creative class, where we reminisce about Taylor Swift’s songs from her recent “Era’s Tour”!
Each student will recreate a song from one of her earliest albums, like “Fearless”, to her “Midnights”Album, recorded a decade later! You will “dress” the part and “perform” one of her songs, with you being the pop star! The students will work on proper breathing, vocalizes, performance, and mic techniques. We will also do a brief analysis of Taylor, the songwriter, and why her writing techniques work. Don’t miss out on this fun opportunity to bring out the “Swiftie” inside of you!
Classes will be over April Break!
Session One: M-F, from 10-11 am. Ages 7-10 years
Session Two: M-F, from 11:15-12:15 pm.
for Ages 11-14 years.
Fee: $200
Group Piano Lessons
Small classes of four students move together as a group, covering basic reaching and rhythm skills along with duet and ensemble playing. These classes are well suited if your child enjoys the varied activities a group can offer along with a focused approach to learning the keyboard.
Wednesdays at 1:30-2:30 and 2:30-3:30

Class time is divided between reviewing assignments, learning new repertoire, individual time on the instrument, and musical enrichment activities.

Students must have a keyboard or piano at home and are expected to spend time during the week on home practice.

Tuesdays 4:00-5:00 - for 3rd and 4th Graders
Tuesdays 5:00-6:00 - for 5th and 6th Graders

A one-time $15 registration fee will be added to the first lesson. Lessons are available in-person at our locations or over Zoom.
